Brooke has a proven leadership record within businesses that have a positive impact on people, customers, communities, and the environment, including Sharesies. Brooke is also a Founder Representative on the Icehouse Ventures Board.

Alison is the Chair of Sharesies board, Chair of Infratil and on the Boards of ANZ New Zealand and Air New Zealand. Alison's former board appointments include Kiwibank, Wellington Airport, Vero Insurance, NZX and Spark. Prior to becoming a professional director, Alison had a career in finance and treasury, working in Sydney, Hong Kong, Tokyo and London.
