Harmonising equity ownership.
Together with Sharesies, we champion businesses of all shapes and sizes.
More private businesses are opting for distributed ownership with the increase in equity financing, access to the private capital markets, and the growth of employee share ownership.
Our team are passionate about fostering a stronger community of shared business ownership and empowering business growth by streamlining equity management.
We help foster a culture of trust, collaboration and loyalty among founders, employees, and investors, creating a sense of harmony and multiplying success.
Giving companies confidence to grow.
We are here to encourage more investors to invest confidently.
In a world where private companies are the driving force behind economic growth, innovation, and job creation, we understand all business leaders' challenges: having the time to be effective in execution and having a committed team on the journey with you.
By attracting more investors and giving them more confidence in their investments, we will create more employment opportunities and higher wages, building a future pipeline of leadership talent, and contributing to the overall economic well-being of communities.
