Step 1: We’ll take you on a tour

To familiarise yourself with Orchestra, and for a sneak peek at the intuitive features available to help you better manage your cap table, we’ll take you on a quick 15-minute demo so that you can feel at ease that you have all you need and more available to you. This will be an initial discovery call so that we can provide a tailored recommendation of switching to you, based on your needs.

Step two: Moving your data across

From here, we’ll take an export of your current share register and cap table information (a .csv is usually the most common format), and our expert team will get this loaded into the platform. Once it’s ready, which is typically a few days' work, we’ll take you on a tour of your new experience, ready for your review. 

Step three: Empower your team and equity holders

Once all your data is in Orchestra, including your equity holder information, we have templates to help ensure your equity holders are set up and ready to go. Once they’ve created their login, they’ll be able to see their equity holdings in real time, access any communications from your company and enjoy peace of mind knowing their ownership data is secure within robust security measures.
